These terms cover your use of integralink.ai and our text-message program. Paid work is governed by the signed agreement for that project, which takes priority over this page.

Who we are

Integralink is operated by Shlomo Ashvil, a sole proprietor doing business as Integralink, in New York, United States. Contact: shlomoa@integralink.ai or (516) 990-4549.

Using this website

The site describes our services and lets you send an enquiry, book a call, or try our demo agreement flow. The demo runs in test mode and never charges a card.
Examples, sample data and simulations on the site are illustrations, not promises of a specific result for your business.
Don't misuse the forms: no spam, no automated submissions, no false information.

Proposals, agreements and payments

A proposal becomes binding only when you sign the Engagement Agreement. Its scope, price, deposit, deliverables and terms are the ones in that signed agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

SMS Terms (Integralink text messages)

Program

Integralink client notifications. Texts from (516) 990-4549 about your enquiry, discovery-call bookings and reminders, proposals and agreements ready to sign, payment and invoice receipts, and project updates. We never send marketing texts or buy lists.

How you opt in	By ticking the optional, unticked-by-default box on our enquiry form at integralink.ai/#contact and giving a mobile number. The box reads: "I agree to receive SMS from Integralink about my enquiry, bookings, proposals, payments and projects. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies (typically 2-6/month). Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel." See how opt-in works.
Consent	Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use every service without it.
Message frequency	Varies with your enquiry or project; typically 2-6 messages a month.
Cost	Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opt out	Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.

Carriers	Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy	No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Integralink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Liability for paid work is set out in the signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. Changes to the SMS terms never apply retroactively to consent you already gave.
