Text messages: how opt-in works

Integralink client notifications · (516) 990-4549

We only text people who ask us to, and only about their own enquiry or project. This page shows exactly where and how that permission is given.

Where you opt in

On the enquiry form at integralink.ai/#contact. Name and email are required. The mobile number and the text-message box are both optional, and the box is unticked by default. If it isn't ticked, we don't text you.

The Integralink enquiry form: name, email, company, optional mobile phone and message fields, then an unticked optional checkbox with the SMS consent wording and links to the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
The enquiry form on integralink.ai, with the optional SMS consent box unticked.

The exact wording next to the box

Text me about my enquiry (optional). I agree to receive SMS from Integralink about my enquiry, bookings, proposals, payments and projects. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies (typically 2-6/month). Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

When the box is ticked we store the mobile number, that exact wording, and the time, page and IP address of the opt-in as a record of consent.

What we send

No marketing, no purchased lists, no messages on behalf of other businesses. Typically 2-6 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.

First message after opting in: "Integralink: Thanks, you're opted in to texts about your enquiry and project. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
